PathCAN Academy Ltd. - Terms of Service

This document establishes the Terms of Service ("Terms") that govern your use of the services provided by PathCAN Academy Ltd. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("You," "Your," or "User") and PathCAN Academy Ltd. ("PathCAN," "We," "Us," "Our").

Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the FindMyPath platform, the website pathcanacademy.com, associated mobile applications, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

The Services are owned and operated by PathCAN Academy Ltd., a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, with offices located in Vancouver, BC, and Calgary, AB.

1. Description of Services

PathCAN provides an AI-driven educational technology platform. The Services are designed to provide users with tools and information to assist in their educational and immigration journey to Canada. Core functionality includes E-Learning Platform, School Connector, DIY Intelligence Wizard, RCICs Matching Services, and Support Services.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

Access to certain features of the Services requires the creation of a user account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account information. By creating an account, you represent that you are of legal age.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and In-App Purchases

Some features are available via subscription (Explorer, Navigator, Achiever, Institutional Partner). You authorize PathCAN to charge applicable fees. In-app purchases are charged separately.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include violating laws, infringing IP rights, providing false information, and disrupting the Services.

5. Third-Party Services and Content

The platform connects users with independent third-party service providers (RCICs, schools). PathCAN is not responsible for the services or advice provided by these third parties.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

PathCAN retains full ownership of its platform, content, and brand identity. You are granted a limited license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable laws including PIPEDA.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "AS-IS". PathCAN allows no guarantees of specific outcomes (e.g., visa approval). Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. PathCAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including breach of Terms.
